Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, and pet hair
  • Final sale items, accessories, intimates, and gift cards are non-returnable

To begin a return, please visit our Contact Page and include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns will be issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or item, please follow our return process and place a new order with your store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order via our Contact Page and include photos of the issue.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part.
